You may qualify for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel your service before we’ve started drafting or preparing your documents, you may be entitled to a full refund.
  • Errors on Our End: If we make a mistake in your documentation due to an oversight on our part, we will correct it free of charge. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a full or partial refund based on the situation.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

There are cases where refunds will not be provided, including:

  • Change of Intent: If you decide to cancel after work has begun, or no longer wish to proceed with our services, a refund will not be available.
  • Client Input Errors: If the final document contains inaccuracies due to incorrect or incomplete information you provided, refunds will not be issued.
  • Finalized Deliverables: Once your document has been delivered in its final form, it is considered a completed service and is no longer eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please reach out within 7 business days of either placing your order or receiving your documents. Be sure to include your order number and a brief explanation. Our team will carefully review your case and respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved, we will return the payment using your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
